Our TIMELESS macarons collection is composed of six classic flavours. We selected flavours that are loved around the world to create a unique assortment. All our macarons are gluten free and contain only natural ingredients. They are filled with a chocolate ganache using the finest Swiss chocolate.
Maison Amarella pastries are handmade with premium Swiss ingredients, such as free range eggs and dairy products. Our commitment to quality and localness is at the heart of our philosophy.

CHOCOLATE: Two delicate and exquisite chocolate macaron shells filled with a generous and creamy dark chocolate ganache with 70% cocoa content.
VANILLA: An intense vanilla flavour in the shells and the white chocolate ganache, both flavoured withpremium vanilla beans from Madagascar.
PISTACHIO: Nutty and creamy, this macaron is filled with a white chocolate ganache combined with 100% pure pistachio paste without any added sugar.
LEMON: The delicately tangy flavour of our lemon macaron is obtained from a natural lemon puree, without added sugar, that will delight your taste buds with freshness.
RASPBERRY: The perfect balance between the sweetness of white chocolate and the acidity of raspberries, which results in a fruity and balanced flavour.
CARAMEL: An indulging treat with a creamy and delicately caramelised white chocolate ganache filling that will remind you of your childhood treats.

Keep the macarons in their original box for up to 5 days in the refigerator. We recommend taking them out at least 20 minutes before serving to enjoy their texture and flavour at their best.
