KLEEJA: Winner of the Best Heritage Food Award at the Saudifood in 2023, our Kleeja macaron is an exclusive combination between the macaron and the "kleeja", a traditional Saudi date cookie, flavoured with a mix of Middle Eastern spices, including black lemon.
ROSE: The flavour of our rose macaron is sweet and fragrant, with a carefully balanced floral note. Infused with pure organic rose water, this macaron offers a touch of romance and luxury in every bite.
QAHWA: Discover the aromas of "qahwa", a traditional coffee originated from the Arabian Peninsula, made from green coffee beans lightly roasted and infused with aromatic spices, adding a warm, slightly sweet and floral note.
TAHINI POMEGRANATE: The sesame paste gives this macaron a deep, nutty and slightly earthy flavour, while the pomegranate molasses adds a tangy fruity sweetness, providing the perfect balance between both ingredients.
SAFFRON CARDAMOM: A unique encounter between two spices with a strong personality that come together in perfect harmony to flavour the white chocolate ganache. We use the super Negin grade saffron from the Herat valley in Afghanistan, one of the highest grades of saffron available, renowned for its exceptional aroma, rich flavour and floral fragrance.
