MILK CHOCOLATE: A classic and indulging milk chocolate filling that will make your heart melt.
RASPBERRY: The raspberry confit gives this macarons an intense fruity flavour that will make your feel like you are biting directly into the fruit.
LITCHI : sugar (CH), ALMONDS, free range EGG whites (CH), Litchi purée, dextrose, glucose syrup, pectin, tartaric acid (E334).
MILK CHOCOLATE: sugar (CH), ALMONDS, free range EGG whites (CH), Milk chocolate couverture (sugar, whole MILK powder from Fribourg, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, WHEY powder, BUTTER fat, dried MALT extract (BARLEY) emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), BUTTER (CH), heavy CREAM (CH), natural colouring: apple extract.
RASPBERRY: sugar (CH), ALMONDS, free range EGG whites (CH), raspberry purée, dextrose, glucose syrup, pectin, tartaric acid (E334).
Keep the macarons in their original box for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. We recommend taking them out at least 20 minutes before serving to enjoy their texture and flavour at their best.
