YUZU: A yuzu fruit confit that reflects the intense and slightly tangy aroma of this Japanese citrus fruit. An explosion of freshness on the palate, pefect for lovers of exotic fruits.
MANGO-PASSION: Filled with a generous confit where the sweeness of mango blends with the tangy flavour of passion fruit, this macaron offers a balance between a melting texture and a mouthfeel that is both rich and refreshing.
LYCHEE: The lychee confit gives this macaron a fruity, subtly sweet and exotic note that pairs perfectly with the macaron shells. A perfect balance between indulgence and freshness.
MACHTA LATTE: A perfect combination between of the sweetness of oat milk and the subtle bitterness of matcha to create a taste of a matcha latte.
COCONUT: An exotic and delicious macaron, filled with almond and coconut paste that gives the impression of biting into this fruit.
BLACK SESAME: A creamy black seasme and milk chocolate ganache with roasted sesame notes. A delicious, subtly nutty experience, perfect for lovers of deep flavours.

MANGO-PASSION: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG whites, mango puree, passion fruit puree, natural colouring: paprika oil exrtact.
LYCHEE: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG whites, lychee puree, glucose syrup, pectin, dextrose, tartaric acid (E334), natural colouring: red beetroot (E162).
